On Wednesday night, I went to Zumba at 7:00. I then went directly to volleyball, and was on my way home at 9:30. I haven't been to the grocery store for quick snacks (produce, Lean Cuisines, etc.), so I went to Taco Bell. Ughh. I know. I really feel that I didn't have time to make anything healthy, but deep down I know that's just an excuse. Anyway, I ate my Taco Bell and felt super gross when I went to bed. Full. Bloated. Just yuck. Lesson learned. Going to a fast food restaurant after changing to a healthy diet is not only unhealthy, but it makes you feel bad too.
